Sports symbolize the youth

The play of Games and sports symbolize the youth of a nation. They keep the Nation young. The intellectual growth of the nation depends upon its physical health. Olympics are international function for sports and games. The more we are physically fit the more we derive joy. Sports and games build team spirit. Victory is a combined effort and not an individual one.

A nation services when it compels with other nations. Sports and games grow a sense of competition among the people. It is a healthy competition by which the victor and the defeated both gain. The victor may be loser and vice versa the next time.

Games and sports sharpen the player’s judgment. They keep him alert, vigilant and active. He learns discipline obedience and the qualities of a leader. A sportsman can thrive in whatever situation he is place.

International matches bring different nations close to another and pave way for a better understanding one another. We learn to accept and appreciate culture and customs of other countries.
